Jen Natoli Pentz
President
Jennifer grew up in the auction business. She joined A.P. Natoli & Company Auctioneers in 1997, working alongside her father Tony for over two decades. She served as the Office Manager and Administrator for The Auctioneers Group since its establishment in 2003. Following Tony's retirement in 2019, Jennifer became the owner of A.P. Natoli & Co. Auctioneers, LLC and a partner in The Auctioneers Group. In 2022 Jennifer closed The Auctioneers Group to rebrand and focus on growing and enhancing A.P. Natoli & Co. Auctioneers, LLC.
Jennifer combines traditional auctioneering with modern innovations, emphasizing improved website management, personalized client relationships, coordinated advertising, on-site and online registration, clerking, and staff oversight. Her commitment and passion to her clients and to the company are what drive her to make A.P. Natoli & Co. thrive and be the best auction option available.
Jennifer graduated Summa Cum Laude from Monmouth University in 2012. She became a member of the National Auctioneers Association and joined The New Jersey State Society of Auctioneers in 2020. She also holds a NJ Real Estate License.
Daniel Pentz
Auctioneer & Project Manager
Daniel has been the Project Manager for A.P. Natoli & Co. Auctioneers, LLC since 2020. He oversees all auction set-ups and check-outs. He previously owned Inline Renovations, LLC and gained auction experience working in the family business under his father-in-law, Tony Natoli. Daniel not only has a rich background in the auction industry but in the construction business as well, which gives him extensive knowledge of building materials and construction equipment. Daniel graduated from the Mendenhall School of Auctioneering in 2019 and became a member of the National Auctioneers Association thereafter. He is highly dedicated and excels at establishing connections with clients and customers, showcasing a strong work ethic.
Tony Natoli
Consultant
Tony is the founder of A.P. Natoli & Co. Auctioneers & Appraisers (1994) and in 2004, co-founer of The Auctioneers Group (2003). Prior to the auction business, Tony was the CEO of a national high-end office furniture company and was recognized as one of the Outstanding Young Men in America in 1985.
A Vietnam veteran, Tony served in the United States Air Force from 1967 to 1971. After his military service, he pursued education at The Mind Dynamics Institute and the Dale Carnegie School of Business and Public Speaking, earning his NJ Real Estate license in 1972. In 1974, Tony joined Garden State Inventory Service as the managing vice president and director of the inventory, appraisal, and liquidation division. He oversaw the liquidation and sales of vehicles, furniture, fixtures, parts, and equipment from complete Automotive Dealerships, serving clients like Ford Motor Co. and Ford Motor Credit.
Having dedicated over 40 years to the auction, appraisal, and liquidation business, Tony retired in 2019 and passed the business to his daughter, Jennifer, who had worked alongside him for over 25 years. While enjoying retirement, Tony remains available for consulting.
